Rolling out your front door and across the road to work on Bondi Beach is exactly what I wish I could do every day, but you’ve got to take the rough with the smooth. Luckily this book was all ‘the smooth’. Long days shooting in and around the waters of Bondi mixed with days of flavoursome food and drinks.

These boys, Mark and Guy, have come from running a simple youtube channel to doing their second book, setting up restaurants here and in the US, and also having their own TV series on the Food Network!
